Kristen Bruzek

Senior Vice President, Operations

Kristen Bruzek leads the non-clinical Care Team that supports Advocacy and virtual primary care services. Bruzek also leads Accolade’s workforce management, quality, and operations analytics functions that are focused on driving excellence in care through extensive use of data and technology in partnership with her highly innovative leadership team.

Bruzek has been with Accolade for eight years focused on building operational excellence across Accolade’s platforms and tools for members, provider services, quality assurance, workforce management, and analytics. Prior to that, as a solution owner, she co-led the team that launched Accolade COVID Response Care, an initiative to help Accolade customers keep their employees safe during the peak of the pandemic. Bruzek previously held leadership roles in change management, agile operations, and quality assurance.

Prior to Accolade, Bruzek worked as quality leader in various industries such as ecommerce, finance, healthcare, and technology where she directed automation and performance teams to ensure site quality and availability for the business holiday retail season, efficiently led outsourced development organizations, coordinated all production code releases along with analyzing site performance testing, and executed key performance improvements.

Bruzek graduated with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and holds an MBA, magna cum laude, from St. Joseph's University’s Erivan K. Haub School of Business.
